15th Annual Lowell Southeast Asian Water Festival.

August 19th: Lucy Larcom Park, 6-9pm

Candle floating ceremony

Small scale performances which will also be seen again on Saturday

August 20th: Sampas Pavilion, 10am-6pm

Boat races

Food, Entertainment (traditional and modern)

Children’s corner, all-day pass for $1
